cod19 MW2 corona always visible fix

It’s not enough to just redo shaders.

1. From SP, invalidate shader cache
2. exit the game
3. upon entering, do not select "continue" on the discovery tile for singleplayer - do mission select
4. wait in SP main menu for shaders to optimize completely
5. load a previous mission, any one.
6. quit out of it immediately
7. now continue
